POSITION TITLE

BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION

REQUIREMENTS
Team Leader Provides in-home, intensive, therapeutic services 1) to maintain and stabilize a child’s current placement or 2) for a family in preparation for the safe return of a child.

Conducts therapy and/counseling including but not limited to domestic violence counseling; anger and stress management/counseling, grief management; anger management, separation issues and/or social skills building, life skills.

Supervises the treatment team who work collaboratively to provide appropriate services to all designated family members.
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy and a current Georgia state license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP) in good standing with that authority and five years of work experience with children, adolescents, or adult clients in a family-oriented, direct service capacity or similar setting. Must have previous experience supervising Mental Health Professionals. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must have in depth knowledge of the DSM-IV-TR.

Must be computer/internet literate.
CCFA and IFI Assessor Conducts comprehensive (biopsychosocial) family assessments. Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy and a current Georgia state license (LPC, LCSW, LMTF, LP) in good standing with that authority; or under the direct supervision of a licensed professional.

Must have in depth knowledge of the DSM-IV-TR.

Must be computer/internet literate.
Case Manager Conducts utilization review procedures.

Initiates new client orientations and discharge planning.

Conducts Family Team Meetings.
Interfaces with community agencies, and link clients to such resources.

Facilitates Treatment Team Meetings.
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology or a related field, and two years experience performing relevant duties.

Must have in depth knowledge of the DSM-IV-TR.

Must be computer/internet literate.
Family Intervention Specialist Provides guidance and instruction in parenting and home management skills to eligible individuals/families through an approved program of human services. Requires an Bachelor degree or greater in a human service-related field and two years of work experience with children, adolescents, or adult clients in a family-oriented, direct service capacity or similar setting. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be computer/internet literate.
Behavioral Specialist Provides skill training and support services to clients who have, or are at risk for developing significant problem behavior(s) that impair their ability to effectively participate and benefit from their interpersonal relationships, education, work, and other daily functional activities.

Creates and Implements Behavioral Management/Modification Plans.
Requires an Bachelor degree or greater in a human service-related field and two years of work experience with children, adolescents, or adult clients in a family-oriented, direct service capacity or similar setting. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be computer/internet literate.
Psychologist Conducts psychological, neuropsychological, behavioral/emotional, parent fitness and educational evaluations. Maintain Georgia State License and remain compliant with licensing board requirements.

Eligible to bill Medicaid.

Psychiatrist Diagnoses and treats patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Maintain Georgia State License and remain compliant with licensing board requirements.
